All applicants must apply through a case manager or program advocate. We do not accept self-submissions.


We’re honored to partner with you to help families and individuals turn their living spaces into homes.


PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE SUBMITTING:


CLIENT READINESS: Please only refer clients who have already moved into their space and are ready to sustain it emotionally and financially.

COMMUNICATION: Communication is critical! Once we start working with a family, the process typically takes 4–6 weeks, and we need prompt, reliable communication with clients. If there are issues, we’ll count on you to step in and assist.

Applications can be processed 1–2 weeks faster if the WAIVER & CURRENT PHOTOS are uploaded in the REQUESTED DOCUMENTS section with the application.
• Upload completed Photo Release & Liability Waiver (Download form here: https://bit.ly/GGClientWaiver.)
• If requesting full home furnishing,include photos of every room in the home.
• If requesting only specific items (for example, a couch or dining table), include photos of the room(s) where those items will go.
• Don't submit photos from before move-in



TWO TYPES OF ASSISTANCE:


• FULL Gathering: client has little to no furniture and needs the basics to transform its space into a home and are responsible enough to communicate consistently.

• MINI Gathering: client has smaller needs (e.g., single clients or partial furniture requests), we can help directly from our warehouse.

Your partnership is essential to helping us transform empty spaces into homes.
We will reach out to clients when we are able to move forward. Clients who respond promptly are more likely to be selected and put on our schedule.
